This is a Microsoft problem that at the moment seems to be unfixable on our part. I've tried all ways and none have worked. I paid a lot of money for these games and now I cant play them at all. This is stupid and ridiculous.
An app available in France might not be available in Germany. If you bought an app in one country or region and then you moved to another one, the apps you had might disappear.
